• Ayushman Bharat — PM-JAY — The central government’s health assurance scheme. Bring the beneficiary’s Ayushman card and an identity document to the counter.
• Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana — Maharashtra’s state health scheme, run alongside PM-JAY. The hospital’s desk will check eligibility and raise the pre-authorisation.
• Chief Minister’s Relief Fund — For cases that fall outside the schemes, the hospital assists with a CMRF application and the paperwork it needs.

What a cashless admission takes

• Bring the card and an ID — The health insurance or scheme card, a photo ID, and the policy number if you have it.
• Tell the desk before admission — Say it is a cashless case at the counter. Pre-authorisation is raised with the TPA before a planned admission, and as soon as possible in an emergency.
• The hospital follows it up — The desk deals with the insurer or TPA directly for approval, queries and the final bill, so the family is not on the phone during a treatment.
